While the snow was falling and the wind was blowing, we spent time together in a masterclass, pouring out and receiving. One of the things we learned how to do was become more aware. Aware of our rhythms, thoughts, feelings, circumstances, etc.
This week of wonderful record breaking was a pouring out week for me. So I took some time to rest after on Sunday. I would rest Sunday and get to work on Monday taking care of my home and scheduling our week.
I was laying in bed Monday night recounting the products of this snow day. I realized that the day I had just lived was not the one I wanted to live. However it was the one I intended to live.
I knew all my people would be home.
I knew that would make the rhythms fluctuate.
I knew that it was too cold to send my people outside.
I knew that there is something going on with our commodes and causing yucky gases to fill our home.
I knew I wouldn't be able to leave the house for alone time.
I knew I needed to get some house chores done.
I was aware. I kew what was happening or would happen. I was living in awareness. Out of that awareness I was subconsciously setting intentions based out of my expectations of how/who other people would choose to be.
Therefore my actions for the day reflected those of my intentions, which were not consciously set and decided on by me.
When we live in this state of awareness, and never moving forward consciously into action we become stuck in this rut. We feel trapped and out of control. We don't take the steps that we need to create the days we want to live.
You see I chose to live this day in awareness, paying attention to what was happening around me and in me!! I never chose to move into action. I never chose to create my Empowered Motherhood yesterday.
Life happens to all of us. How many times do you lose several days or weeks because you get stuck in that rut?
If you were with me this week you learned about the cyclic phase of our Empowered Motherhood.
But camping there, never moving forward to the next part of the phase and putting action to what we know is pointless. Check out what the Bible has to say about moving forward...
Then you have an opportunity right now to join me in learning how to create your Empowered Motherhood!
There are 7 phases in the cycle of creating your Empowered Motherhood and I want to walk with you as you journey through them. I want to help you not get stuck in awareness and subconsciously setting intentions that do not serve you in your purpose.
Do not miss out mama. Your record breaking time is here. It's now. And mama, I have been praying for you. I can't wait to break some records with you!
