Carlton Landing Vacation Rentals has been a client since 2021. When we began working together the goal was simple: create a space online to showcase each of their homes.
Over the years we have added multiple homes, reworked the layouts, set up marketing strategies, and are always developing the space and user-friendly design.

The Healing Underground
The Healing Underground is a company that used a template to DIY a website. Their efforts were valiant, but just as in any industry, there is a difference between DIY and professionals. Website design is no different.
Beyond the apparent design upgrades you see, the two factors that make the largest difference for this company are a comprehensive brand kit and clear functionality.
Native Ground Land Company
Native Ground Land Company is a real estate group that needed to get its online presence established and create a brand identity within its industry. This company came to me with a few visions, and we worked together to process through each one.
With this company, it became very important to work with them at their speed, and in their way. Now we help them manage the listings they want featured on their website as well as social media posts and ads. We also provide printed materials as needed.

KAIROS Counselings
The owner and founder of KAIROS Counselings came to me with one thing in mind: Growth. She had an establish counseling practice that she needed to create a better online presence for and she had a vision to grow her practice by adding another service.
She is an idea generator and has multiple ideas forming on a consistent basis, so she also wanted someone who could help her establish those ideas and get them out on her website. So after deciding on a rebrand, we have migrated her website, set up one of her new services, and are currently working on creating courses and books for her other new service.

Manage With Hart is one of the companies who I work with for content marketing. This company was in start-up mode and was looking for someone to help take care of "all that social media stuff". We put together a 3-month launch plan to build brand awareness.

Not all of these platforms were the entire 12 months, however HQ, Health Assure, and My Wellness were the entire time.
The thing that I enjoyed most about this position was being able to work on such a high quantity of content. However, there is nothing compared to the ability to connect with clients and hear the heart behind company goals, helping to develop strategies and put together a content plan that suits each need. I am thankful for my time here, and even more thankful for my time outside of this position.

Working with Y. Hinton was a super fun experience! She ran classes for junior high students and needed help developing engaging materials for her sessions. I created a full script for each class, complete with interactive activities and a professionally designed PDF to support the lessons.
This project combined creativity with strategy to ensure her students were engaged and learning effectively, and the final materials reflected her unique teaching style.

Scissortail Realty Group reached out to us after seeing the work we did for a neighboring business, Carlton Landing Vacation Rentals. Specializing in selling homes within a unique community, they needed support with various marketing tasks, starting with updating their independent website and creating custom signs for their listings.
We edited over 20 property listings to ensure their website reflected the latest offerings and designed eye-catching listing signs to support their sales efforts. Once these projects were completed, Scissortail Realty Group came back to us for help with email marketing. Their goal? To nourish relationships within their community and serve their clients with consistent, meaningful communication.

Chris Ham, Realtor
Chris approached us looking for consistency in showcasing his listings on social media. His goal was straightforward: simple, clean posts with a softer tone in the copy to complement his personal style.
Using a combination of tailored writing and design, we created and scheduled 30 posts that aligned with his vision. Each post featured an image and thoughtfully crafted copy to engage his audience without feeling overly formal.
This project allowed us to deliver a solution that was both effective and true to Chris’s brand, helping him stay consistent and connected with his followers.
