3 Happy Mom Hacks

So I have a confession to make...


I just sat in my bathroom floor pretending to be doing something else, so I could have a couple minutes without the kids.

Have you ever had those days, when you are so tired of breaking up fights, babies crying, and cleaning up messes for the 100th time? I love my kids, but sometimes I want to send them to grandparents for a couple weeks!! I just need a moment. But for real, that’s never going to happen. My life is here, 24/7, motherhood. And I love it! Even through the hard.


But you wanna know a secret? We pour everything we have into loving and serving our family, that we have nothing left for ourselves. And sister friend, we can’t pour from an empty cup.

I know what I need to do... - Spend less time in front of the tv - - Listen to the positive podcasts - - Stop scrolling - - Read the book I bought 3 months ago - - Wake up before the kids - - Exercise 3 times a week -

But if I’m being completely real, it’s hard to get all of that done on a consistent basis. Then I stumbled upon an answer I didn’t know I needed. Tbh I didn’t even know that answer existed before! Through the process, I found myself again. I found my spark, my joy, my resilience! Now, it’s YOUR time!! All you need are a couple Happy Mom Hacks! Then you will step into your Empowered Motherhood!
