Execution, Scheduling & Momentum

1. Book a Consultation

Let’s make sure this is the right next move.

We’ll start with a real conversation. You’ll tell me about your business goals, current challenges, and what success looks like for you. I’ll share what’s possible, what I do, and what to expect from working together. If it’s a match, we move forward.

If we say yes to working together:

  • You’ll pay a $500 deposit to hold your project slot

  • We’ll schedule a strategy session to dive deep into your offers, audience, and needs

  • You’ll gather your brand materials and submit them before we begin

2. Brand Development & Messaging

Timeline: 3 weeks (depends on client input speed)

Before we build a marketing strategy, we clarify your foundation. This phase covers your voice, tone, messaging, offers, and gaps in your current brand identity.

This includes:

  • Audit of your current brand materials

  • Two strategy sessions: one to review what you’ve got, one to deliver the new brand assets

  • A completed brand voice & messaging guide tailored to your audience and goals

  • One revision round

3. Research & Strategy Design

Timeline: 2 weeks

Using your updated brand foundation, I’ll research your industry, audience behaviors, and visibility opportunities. Then I’ll build your custom marketing strategy and outline your content structure.

You’ll receive:

  • A tailored visibility strategy that aligns with your growth goals

  • A content architecture map (showing what types of content to use and where)

  • A library of core content topics to guide long-term planning

4. Content Build-Out & Review

Timeline: 3 weeks (Additional time may be needed for client feedback or revisions)

I’ll begin building your content plan and any platform-ready deliverables included in your package.

You’ll get:

  • A full month of content built and sent for review

  • Two revision opportunities

  • Once approved, the rest of your quarterly content is completed and prepped for launch

5. Execution, Scheduling & Momentum

Ongoing Quarterly Execution

Once content is finalized, we publish, monitor, and optimize based on your package level. You stay in your zone of genius while your content stays active, strategic, and visible.

This phase includes:

  • Scheduling of content on your platforms (based on what’s in your package)

  • Quarterly performance reviews and content adjustments

  • PR outreach, profile optimizations, or additional services based on your tier

This Is for You If You're Ready to...

  • You’re ready to stop guessing and start marketing with strategy.

  • You’ve outgrown DIY and need a long-term plan, not quick fixes.

  • You care about your brand showing up well—everywhere it counts.

  • You’re open to collaboration and value expertise.

  • You want your marketing to reflect your mission and move the needle.

If that sounds like you, you're in the right place.

🚫 This Is Not for You If…

  • You’re only looking for a few quick social media posts.

  • You aren’t open to trying new things or making data-informed shifts.

  • You want viral growth over sustainable visibility.

  • You’re not ready to invest in the long game or trust the process.

  • You prefer to hand things off completely without involvement.

If you’re looking for a partner who can take your brand visibility seriously (and still make the process fun and human), this might just be the move that changes everything. Let’s build something that actually works.

FAQs Section

01.

What exactly has changed in SEO now that AI is integrated into search engines?

Search engines are shifting from keyword-based results to AI-driven responses, often offering direct answers rather than website links. This means your site needs AI-friendly features: clear markup, conversational copy, structured data, and intentional placement of images, videos, and alt text. A well-optimized site isn’t hidden, it’s recognized as helpful by both AI and humans.

02.

How long does it take to see results from SEO, especially with these new changes?

In general, SEO improvements take 3–6 months to show measurable impact. In today's AI-driven landscape, expect a similar timeline, but starting with clean, structured, user-focused content can help you get noticed earlier by both people and AI.

03.

Do small businesses still need social media marketing in 2025?

Absolutely. Over 5.4 billion people use social media worldwide, and small brands that focus on short-form video, local SEO keywords, and micro-influencer partnerships see exceptional results. Social media remains a cost-effective way to boost visibility, direct traffic, and connect deeply with niche audiences, especially when paired with thoughtful strategy.

04.

Is SEO still worth it for small businesses, or have AI ‘answer engines’ made it obsolete?

Yes, it’s still critical. AI and SEO work together now. Your website needs structured content, clear answers, and easy navigation elements like headers and links, ensuring AI can confidently reference your site. SEO isn’t dead, it’s just more technical.

05.

How effective is influencer marketing in 2025?

Micro-influencers, those with 1K–50K followers, often outperform big-name influencers thanks to their authentic engagement and loyal audiences. Brands that focus on long-term partnerships with niche creators see better ROI, stronger brand trust, and more meaningful content amplification.

Ready to Be Seen?

You don’t need to shout louder to be noticed. You need a visibility strategy built for how people (and AI) search today. When we work together, you won’t just “show up”, you’ll stand out where it matters most: in the minds of your ideal audience and at the top of search relevance.

Whether you're just getting started or you’ve been hustling for years, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Let’s build something lasting, something rooted in strategy, not guesswork.

Let’s talk about your goals, your story, and what we can create together.
